BA Thesis 2014:
In my Bachelor Thesis at Basel Academy
of Art and Design I investigated a working
method, that uses analog random
processes as a creative catalyst. I explored
this method of work on the basis of the
fictional exhibition title "Beyond Paradise".
Through willful losses of control I want
to avoid previent affection, surprise and
challenge myself as a designer.
On different random processes follows
my concious reaction. Chains of associations
are being generated, which can cohere
both in form and content. This approach
produces a diversity, that doesn't
rest upon one concept as a whole, but
rather creates always new and differentiated
concepts. In the exhibition I show a
compendium out of a intensiv process.
